DMCA & Copyright Policy: Keeping My Perfect Hotel Fair!
At My Perfect Hotel, we believe in fair play—both in our games and in the real world! We have massive respect for the creative minds who build amazing things, and we expect our community to do the same.
Because we want our gaming portal to be a safe and respectful space for everyone, we follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your work has been used on our site without permission, here is how we can fix it together!
How to Report a Copyright Issue (The DMCA Notice)
Are you a copyright owner or an agent representing one? If you find content on MyPerfectHotel.Net that you believe steps on your toes, please send us a formal “Heads Up” (a DMCA Notice).
To make sure we can act fast, your written notice needs to include these 6 key items:
- Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act for the owner.
- The Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed. (If there are several, a list is perfect!)
- The Location: Tell us exactly where the material is. Please provide the specific URL(s) so our team can find it immediately.
- Contact Info: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A Good Faith Statement: A short note saying you truly believe the use of the material isn’t authorized by the owner or the law.
- The Truth Statement: A statement made “under penalty of perjury” that your info is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Once we get a notice that hits all these points, our team will move quickly to remove or disable the content.

What If a Mistake Was Made? (Counter-Notifications)
Sometimes, a “Game Over” happens by accident! If you believe your content was removed by mistake or because of a mix-up, you can file a Counter-Notification.
To get your content back in the game, your written message must include:
- Your Signature: Physical or electronic.
- The Content Info: What was removed and where it was located before we took it down.
- A “Good Faith” Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.
- Your Details: Your name, address, and phone number.
- Court Consent: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your area (or, if you are outside the U.S., any district where My Perfect Hotel may be found) and that you’ll accept service of process from the original reporter.
If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we’ll share it with the person who made the original claim. If they don’t take legal action within 10–14 business days, we may put your content back up!
Our Stance on Repeat Infringers
We love having you in our community, but we take the rules seriously. My Perfect Hotel maintains a “Repeat Infringer” policy. If a user consistently ignores copyright rules, we will, in the right circumstances, terminate their account and access to the site. Let’s keep things creative and fair!
